Captain Bill, a 5th generation Floridian and proud Veteran, founded VetCATCH to give disabled Veterans cost free fishing adventures. To support the mission, he also runs Rusty Bucket Charters, offering unforgettable trips for families, friends, and anglers of all levels. With over a decade on the water and thousands served, Captain Bill remains dedicated to helping Veterans heal while ensuring every guest enjoys a great day of fishing.

Having served his country, he knows the unique challenges that many Veterans face after service, and he uses his passion for fishing as a bridge to bring people together, creating an environment where connection and relaxation come naturally.

Sled
The 25 foot pontoon boat at is designed specifically with Veterans in mind, offering comfort, safety, and accessibility on the water. With space for up to six guests and the ability to accommodate three wheelchairs, it ensures that disabled Veterans can enjoy a stress-free and memorable fishing experience.
